Funding Granted for the MESC+ Programme under the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree Scheme

We are pleased to announce that the joint degree program MESC+ (Materials for Energy Storage and Conversion), implemented under the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD) initiative, has received a high rating in its final report and has been recognised by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) as an example of good practice.

The program is coordinated by the Faculty of Chemistry at the Warsaw University of Technology in collaboration with l'Université de Picardie Jules Verne, Université de Toulouse, Universidad del País Vasco, University of Ljubljana, Deakin University, and Drexel University.

The Agency highlighted the high level of commitment from partner universities in the educational process, the effective promotion and recruitment of students from around the world, and the program’s strong alignment with the needs of both the academic and industrial sectors. The efforts in ensuring quality assurance were also commended.

Particular recognition was given to the consortium's intention to continue the MESC+ program without EU funding by securing support from the industrial sector for approximately one-third of the students.
