Report from participation in “International Education Fair” - Tbilisi, Georgia, February 2017
On 16-17 February 2017, Ms. Zenoviya Shits from the Centre for International Cooperation, together with representatives of other universities from Poland, participated in an international educational fair in Tbilisi, at a stand of Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The fair was organized by the ExpoGeorgia Co. international exhibitions and events company and aimed at promoting foreign universities to Georgian youth.
International Education Fair for Overseas Studies in Tbilisi is the biggest educational event in Georgia. It is an annual event, and a perfect opportunity to promote higher education and to provide information about Universities and study programs. It is also a great time to share information on different education systems.
The stand of Polish universities “Ready, Study, Go! Poland” was visited by Georgian youth, and the Consul of Poland in Tbilisi.
Exhibition proved to be extremely interesting for high school and university students, as well as for young people willing to study abroad or participate in internship programs.
During the stay in Georgia, Ms Zenoviya Shits met as well with students of Georgian Aviation University and Georgian Technical Universityand informed them about possibilities of undertaking studies at WUT.
