On May 15, 2025, a delegation from Tsinghua University in China visited the Warsaw University of Technology. Tsinghua University was founded in 1911, is one of the best public universities in China, also ranked 20th in the world universities ranking (QS Top Universities). Located in Beijing, has 32 Schools educating students in almost all fields of science, more than 62 thousand students and 17 thousand employees.
On April 28, 2025, at the Warsaw University of Technology, Prof. Mariusz Malinowski, Vice-Rector for Research, met with representatives from Pohang University of Science & Technology (POSTECH), Republic of Korea. The Korean university was represented by Dr. Seong Keun Kim, President of POSTECH, Prof. Sung Min Park, Vice-President for External Affairs, and members of the International Relations Office – Mr. Junki Ahn and Ms. Yujin Kim.

From April 25 to 30, 2025, the Centre for International Cooperation organised the Warsaw University of Technology Days at Keio University in Tokyo as part of the NAWA project “Strengthening Polish-Japanese cooperation in higher education and science through the organisation of Warsaw University of Technology Days at Keio University in Tokyo.” The initiative is part of the NAWA programme “International Scientific Event at the World Exhibition EXPO 2025 in Osaka, Kansai.” The application to NAWA was prepared by the Centre for International Cooperation.
We invite you to participate in an online workshop dedicated to the reconstruction of Ukraine after the war, organized by the Warsaw University of Technology as part of the ENHANCE Task Force Ukraine.
On May 9, 2025, as part of the ENHANCE Task Force Ukraine, the Warsaw University of Technology organised the international webinar Rebuilding Ukraine after the War. The event consisted of two panels and gathered over 30 experts and students from Poland, Ukraine, and Germany, who presented the various projects and concepts related to the reconstruction of Ukraine after the wartime destruction.
