Warsaw University of Technology at Education Fair in Indonesia
Between 31 November and 9 October 2016 the representatives of the Centre for International Cooperation (Ms. Dominika Frąk - Dudzińska and Ms. Małgorzata Musińska) represented Warsaw University of Technology on the European Higher Education Fair - EHEF in Indonesia.
European Higher Education Institutions offer high academic standards, a great variety of international degree programmes, advanced research facilities and a most impressive diverse cultures, languages and societies. Those have been the reasons for hundreds of thousands of foreign students each year to study in Europe.
It was the seventh edition of the Fair - last year it was visited by 13 000 people. Polish stand was visited by several thousand people, many left their contact details as the people who are particularly interested in learning in Poland.
For Warsaw University of Technology it was an opportunity to promote the University and English studies offer.
CWM delegation visited the EHEF Fair in the following cities:
· Yogyakarta – on the 2nd of October
· Dżakarta – on the 5-6th of October
· Surabaya – on the 8th of October
WUT stand attracted a lot of interest in all three cities. Several hundred people who visited our stand showed great interest in studies at WUT, especially M.Sc. studies. Candidates were interested in particular fields of study such as: Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Power Engineering and Applied Biotechnology.
EHEF Fair was also an opportunity to meet with Ms. Mar'atus, representing the International Office at the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember – WUT’s partner university in the student exchange field.
