8th General Assembly of the HERITAGE Network

The 8th General Assembly of the HERITAGE Network (Higher Education and Research Network – India-Europe), organised by TU Dresden, took place on May 12–15, 2025. The event gathered representatives from member universities across Europe and India, including delegates from Warsaw University of Technology. For the 2025–2027 term, the position of President of the HERITAGE Network is held by Prof. Teresa Zielińska, DSc, Eng., from the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology.

HERITAGE 1

8th General Assembly of the HERITAGE Network.

The General Assembly is the main decision-making body of the HERITAGE Network, responsible for matters such as membership, statutes, and elections of the Presidium and Executive Committee. In addition to its administrative functions, the Assembly includes scientific workshops that bring together researchers working in fields relevant to India-Europe collaboration. The General Assembly is held annually, alternating between Europe and India.

HERITAGE Network (Higher Education and Research Network – India-Europe.

The next Assembly is scheduled for March 1–4, 2026, at IIT Dhanbad in India.

As an active member of the network, Warsaw University of Technology will continue to support the development of this unique platform for cooperation between Europe and India.
