Ambassador of Rwanda visited our University
Prof. Anastase Shyaka, Ambassador of Rwanda to Poland, met with the Rector of the Warsaw University of Technology, Prof. Krzysztof Zaremba, and the Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry, Prof. Władysław Wieczorek. It was a special visit, as the Ambassador is our graduate.

Prof. Shyaka and Prof. Zaremba discussed student exchange and the possibilities of cooperation with Rwandan technical universities in the exchange of academics. They also discussed support mechanisms for talented Rwandan students and doctoral students and the possible participation of the Warsaw University of Technology in educational fairs there.
The Rwandan Ambassador is a graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry and the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology (Master HEC en Sciences de Gestion Approfondies programme). After his meeting with the Rector of the Warsaw University of Technology, Prof. Shyaka visited his home faculty, where he spoke with the Dean Prof. Władysław Wieczorek.

Both meetings were attended by Assistant Ambassador Alfred Mahirwe and Director of the WUT International Cooperation Centre Grzegorz Robak.
