On May 6-7, 2024 Warsaw University of Technology organised a two-day meetings in Walk & Talk format and a workshop of members of two ENHANCERIA project work packages (WP3: Transdisciplinary Research for Sustainable Development - details HERE - and WP6: Research Infrastructure - details HERE). The goal of the ENHANCERIA project is to develop scientific cooperation among the universities of the ENHANCE Alliance. The meetings at Rektorska 4 Street and in the research laboratories of WUT were attended by 19 people from 7 ENHANCE universities (RWTH in Aachen, Berlin University of Technology, Warsaw University of Technology, UPV Universitat Politècnica de València, NTNU Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Chalmers University of Technology, Polytechnic University of Milan).

After the inauguration, working groups led by Prof. Ryszard Piramidowicz toured laboratories at WUT, including the Antenna Laboratory at the Institute of Radioelectronics and Multimedia Techniques, which was guided by Dr. Pawel Bajurko and the Laboratory of Integrated Photonics, Fiber Optic Photonics Laboratory and Optical Spectroscopy Laboratory (all headed by Prof. Ryszard Piramidowicz) at the Department of Electronics and Information Technology, and the Aerodynamic Tunnel Laboratory (headed by Prof. Jacek Szumbarski) at the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering. Lukasz Sztern then gave the participants a tour of the laboratories of the Innovation Center and talked about the activities of the WUT Accelerator.

The tour of the laboratories was followed by two workshops led by Patrick Reurnik (NTNU) and Dr Bartlomiej Skowron on the multidimensional impacts of the ENHANCERIA project's results and the possibilities for further cooperation between members of the working teams after the project ends.
The first day ended with a joint dinner for participants and organisers.
On Tuesday morning, the teams visited the CEZAMAT Center for Advanced Materials and Technology on a study visit. CEZAMAT's research offer was presented by Aleksandra Mościcka-Studzińska, Deputy Director of CEZAMAT, Krzysztof Mieszkowski, and Dr. Piotr Wiśniewski, head of the Laboratory of Intelligent Semiconductor Systems (SEMINSYS). The meeting participants then travelled to Jozefosław. Prof. Dariusz Gotlib, Vice-Dean for Development and Economic Cooperation at the Faculty of Geodesy and Cartography, talked about the work of the CENAGIS Center for Geospatial Analysis.
The final stage of the visit was a workshop by a team on transdisciplinary research for sustainable development led by Dr. Kathrin Wieck of TU Berlin.
