The Director of CWM participated in the panel discussion entitled “European Universities and Inter-University Cooperation.” The aim of the panel was to demonstrate how the European Universities Initiative influences the organizational culture, administrative processes, and international cooperation of higher education institutions.

Grzegorz Robak presented the development of short educational formats created jointly by Warsaw University of Technology and the partner universities of the ENHANCE consortium. Using the example of the staff week for RWTH Aachen employees hosted by Warsaw University of Technology in May 2026, he highlighted the crucial role of cooperation between university administration, academic staff, and students in organizing events that foster relationships among university employees and provide insights into key areas of university operations. The staff week was coordinated by the Centre for International Cooperation.

He also discussed high value-added formats developed within the ENHANCE consortium, such as Testbed and professional tandems. These formats support the creation of new educational and research partnerships.
