Invitation to Workshops for Mentors | 17–18 September 2026 | DEADLINE: 14.09.2026
We invite you to participate in a two-day online mentoring workshop organised by Warsaw University of Technology as part of the ENHANCE Alliance and co-financed by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA).
The workshops will take place online via MS Teams on 17–18 September 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and are addressed to current and prospective startup mentors, as well as professionals working with founding teams and in the field of academic entrepreneurship who wish to develop their mentoring skills.
The workshops will be based on real-life cases and experiences shared by invited startups. Company representatives will discuss specific challenges they faced as founding teams and as individuals responsible for the development of their startups. Participants will then jointly analyse these situations from a mentoring perspective. This is a practical format based on real-life cases rather than theoretical scenarios.
Participation in the workshops is free of charge.
The programme consists of two modules:
- Mentoring Founding Teams in Times of Change (Thursday)
- Mentoring Leadership and Management Competencies of Startup Founders (Friday)
The workshops will be conducted in English. Participants may attend both workshops or choose to participate in only one of the modules.
Registration deadline: 14 September 2026 (Monday)
To participate in the workshops, registration is required. The number of places is limited, and admission will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.
