The ENHANCE Certificate in Higher Education Teaching (CHET) is a flexible professional development programme offered within the ENHANCE Alliance. It supports academic staff in developing high-quality, innovative, and internationally informed teaching practices.
About the Programme
CHET is designed for academic teachers from all disciplines and career stages. It fosters continuous professional development by combining theoretical foundations with practical teaching skills and promotes student-centred, research-informed, and digitally supported teaching approaches.
The programme offers a diverse portfolio of courses delivered onsite, online, or in blended formats across ENHANCE partner universities, including MOOCs. Participants may learn at their home institution, during mobility periods, or fully online, while exchanging experience with colleagues from across Europe.
Who Is CHET For?
CHET is open to academic teachers at all career stages, including doctoral candidates, early-career researchers, newly appointed staff, experienced professors, and adjunct teaching staff from industry or self-employment.
