Join the ENHANCE International Exchange Knowledge Hub
We are pleased to invite you to the kick-off meetings of the International Exchange Knowledge Hub, an initiative led by Gdańsk University of Technology within the ENHANCE Alliance (WP2: Human Dimension).
Who is it for?
If you are an employee of an ENHANCE Alliance member university looking for a space to:
- share and extend your knowledge on the international mobility of staff & students,
- deep dive into the world of exchange agencies and their programmes,
- understand international, national, and local regulations and processes affecting mobility,
- discover existing programmes that can boost ENHANCE collaboration,
- learn more about the challenges faced by people on the move and those supporting them,
- exchange experience and ideas, and
- build a network of internationalisation specialists,
Then this hub is for you!
How will we work together?
We will meet bimonthly online for a 1-hour discussion, beginning with a short presentation on a selected topic (up to 20 minutes). After a series of online meetings, we plan to gather in person in Gdańsk during a dedicated Staff Week in May 2026 to summarise our discussions and shape the next steps.
To make planning easier, we will always meet on Wednesdays at 13:00.
You do not need to attend all meetings – feel free to join whenever a topic interests you.
HOWEVER, participants who attend all thematic sessions of the International Exchange Knowledge Hub of the ENHANCE Alliance, as well as the Staff Week in May 2026, will be awarded the Certificate of Completion (microcredential) in recognition of their full engagement and commitment.
Upcoming meetings:
- 17 September 2025, 13:00 – Study Abroad or Stay in Bed (presenters from NTNU)
- 19 November 2025, 13:00 – Topic TBC (we are seeking colleagues interested in sharing knowledge/experience or looking for support)
- 21 January 2026, 13:00 – Institutional Allocation of Erasmus+ STT and STA Grants (presented by Gdańsk Tech)
- 13 March 2026, 13:00 – Topic TBC (we are seeking colleagues interested in sharing knowledge/experience or looking for support)
