Mentoring Workshop for ENHANCE WP5 Members at WUT
On June 2, 2025, a mentoring workshop for members of ENHANCE WP5 (Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Innovation) was held at the building located at 4 Rektorska Street, Warsaw University of Technology. The event was organised by the team from the WUT Innovation Centre (CINN) – the WP5 leader at WUT – and brought together 20 participants from ENHANCE universities.

Among the co-facilitators of the workshop were Marta Skrzydelska and Jacek Bełdowski (https://fearlessperformance.pl/o-nas/), who conducted an inspiring session titled "From Clarity to Systemic Thinking – Mentoring with Impact." Participants were introduced to a range of techniques used in business mentoring, including methods for defining the goals of the mentoring process and applying a systemic approach.
