Registration for ENHANCE BIP Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) summer course at RWTH Aachen (3 ECTS) - DEADLINE 16.06.2024

The course is organized by the Institute of Geomechanics and Underground Technology and is composed of an online and onsite part:

1) First, students will participate in an online introductory course from July 22 – 26. During those days, the principles behind machine learning are discussed and students will learn about the tools they will work with, which is mainly Python code written in Jupyter Notebooks. 

2) During the week on campus, from July 29 - August 2, students will apply their newly acquired theoretical knowledge in a hackathon-style workshop. Besides the coursework, social events such as Pub Crawls and local city tours will be held.

The application is open to Master's students in engineering, geophysics, computer science, and applied mathematics. Students can earn a total of 3 ECTS for the course and receive an Erasmus+ grant from their home university. For more information, please get in contact with the Erasmus+ Office at WUT.
