On the following two days, the WUT's staff visited, among other things, Germany's first Fab Lab, founded in 2009 by Prof. Jan Borchers in the Department of Computer Science at the RWTH, and the Reallabor Theaterplatz test space, which aimed to initiate a dialogue with residents about the future design of the Theatre Square in Aachen. Participants also had the opportunity to learn more about the Aachen University of Technology's strategy of excellence and its Human Technology Centre, whose spokesperson is Prof. Stefan Böschen.
