Vice-Rector Malinowski Signs Cooperation Agreement with Gazi University

During the 52nd edition of the IECON 2026 conference, held in Doha, Qatar, on 18–21 October 2026, Prof. Mariusz Malinowski, DSc, PhD, Eng., Vice-Rector for Research at Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), signed a Memorandum of Understanding between WUT and Gazi University in Ankara, Türkiye.

IECON (the Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society) focuses on industrial electronics and related technologies. It provides a forum for knowledge exchange, the presentation of research findings, networking, and the development of cooperation between academia and industry.

Gazi University is one of Türkiye’s leading universities. According to the EduRank ranking, it ranks 7th among 175 Turkish universities.

The agreement opens up new opportunities for cooperation between the two universities, including joint research projects, educational initiatives, and student and staff exchanges.
