Visit of the delegation of Beijing Institute of Technology, China
Prof. Krzysztof Lewenstein, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs met the President of Beijing Institute of Technology, Prof. Haiyan Hu, with delegation, at Warsaw University of Technology on 19th of June 2017.
BIT is the partner institution of WUT. The cooperation in mainly conducted by the Faculty of Automotive Construction Machinery Engineering. The meeting was also attended by the representatives of some Faculties of WUT: Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering and Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering.
The aim of the visit was to identify the opportunities for collaboration and extend the existing cooperation for the other faculties of WUT. The parties discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the exchange of students, exchange of faculty staff and scientific and research cooperation. Next year the parties are going to sign the agreement of student exchange.
The representatives of BIT have also visited the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering.
