Warsaw University of Technology delegation at the Education Fair in Turkey
From March 9 to 16, 2025, Magdalena Bobryk and Karol Maśluszczak from the Center for International Cooperation participated in the 45th IEFT fair in Turkey. The Warsaw University of Technology’s booth, as part of the Study in Poland delegation, was available in three of Turkey’s largest cities: Ankara, Izmir, and Istanbul.

The most popular study programs among candidates were Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, and Architecture. During the delegation, our representatives also visited the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Poland in Izmir, where they met with Ms. Petek Evirgen, Assistant to the Honorary Consul, to discuss the recruitment of Turkish candidates for engineering studies. Additionally, they presented the Warsaw University of Technology’s offerings during meetings with career advisors and students from international high schools in Izmir and Ankara.

Turkish candidates constitute the fourth-largest group of international students at WUT. We hope that direct meetings with representatives of the Center for International Cooperation responsible for student recruitment will further increase interest among Turkish candidates in pursuing English-taught studies at the Warsaw University of Technology.
