Technion's Engineering for Developing Communities Summer Program

The participants will learn about community-based sustainable development through a hands-on learning experience in Mekelle, Ethiopia, where they will study with students and staff from around the world as well as local Ethiopian students. Throughout the course, students will be challenged to approach problems with innovation and critical thinking and use multi-disciplinary tools to address a wide range of engineering and development challenges in a holistic way.

The course will take place from mid-July to mid-August 2016, and it is open to students from any field of study.
