Teachers from Ukraine at the Foreign Language Centre
In November 2024, two study visits to the Study of Foreign Languages at WUT took place. During the first study visit on 4-8.11.2024, the FLC was visited by three English language teachers and two German language teachers from Lviv and Kyiv Polytechnic Universities. The visit was organised as part of the NAWA project ‘Solidarity with Ukraine - European Universities’.

During the second study visit, which took place on 18-20.11.2024, the SJO was visited by Jane Brosnan, a lecturer of English, from the Foreign Language Department of the TU Berlin, which is a partner university of WUT in the ENHANCE Alliance.

During both visits, the guests attended classes conducted by the FLC, talked to the FLC's management and staff about the FLC's wide range of educational offerings, the innovative courses conducted by the FLC such as PBL, language tandems, Sprachcafe, co-taught courses with other ENHANCE universities, and met with students and co-taught some classes.
The possibility of running other joint projects was also discussed, and the PW campus was visited.
