Winter School on “Gender and Diversity in Science, Technology and Society" in Berlin will soon be launched. The event is organised by Berlin University of Technology, Centre for Interdisciplinary Gender Research (ZFIG) in cooperation with other ENHANCE universities under the Blended Intensive Programme (Erasmus+)

DATA LITERACY ENHANCE WINTER SCHOOL in Warsaw will soon be launched. The event is organised by Warsaw University of Technology (WUT) in cooperation with Berlin University of Technology (TUB) and University of Technology in Valencia under the Blended Intensive Programme (Erasmus+).

On 20 December 2022, at the headquarters of the National Agency for Academic Cooperation (NAWA), the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Warsaw University of Technology, prof. Jan Słyk signed an agreement with the National Agency for Academic Cooperation. NAWA funding is dedicated to the development of academic cooperation with Ukrainian universities.

The third edition of The ENHANCE Mentoring Programme, coordinated by the Warsaw University of Technology, is underway.

The event “Say Hello to Poland” was organized on the 15th November 2022 by the team of Foreign Language Centre of Warsaw University of Technology as part of the ENHANCE language tandem project.

On November 12-19, 2022, the session of the ATHENS Program was held. The classes were conducted in a face-to-face mode.

As part of the ENHANCE Alliance, which includes the Warsaw University of Technology, the RWTH Aachen University has created a database that contains job offers in start-ups associated with ENHANCE.  

On 28-29.11.2022, the Polytechnic University of Milan hosted the conference 'Welcome HOME. Promoting quality student accommodation for Erasmus+ mobilities", co-financed by the Erasmus+ programme.

On 24 November, a meeting of the ENHANCE Conversations series was held at the Technical University of Aachen (RWTH Aachen) to accompany the meeting of the Board of Directors and Steering Committee of the ENHANCE cosortium, to which Warsaw University of Technology belongs.

TU Delft University of Technology, Gdańsk University of Technology and ETH Zurich join the ENHANCE Alliance on its journey towards a European University. 

The Language Tandems within the ENHANCE Alliance is a project for students, doctoral candidates, academic and administrative staff that aims to enhance language learning via online conversations and enables participants to make new contacts within the ENHANCE community. 

8 November 2022. Warsaw University of Technology was visited by a delegation of representatives from government agencies operating under the aegis of Singapore's Ministry of Trade & Industry.

The Association of TOP 500 Innovators and the the Polish-US Fulbright Commission invite you to participate in the TopMinds mentoring programme.

On 27 - 29 September 2022, TU Berlin hosted 17 representatives of European technical universities participating in the ENHANCE Alliance. The theme of the fourth ENHANCE Staff Week was good practice in supporting the professional development of non-academic staff.

Prof. Michael Zgurovsky, Rector of the National Technical University of Ukraine - Kyiv Polytechnic University, visited our University, where he met with the Rector of WUT Prof. Krzysztof Zaremba and the Rector of PW from 2005 to 2012 Prof. Włodzimierz Kurnik.

Prof. Anastase Shyaka, Ambassador of Rwanda to Poland, met with the Rector of the Warsaw University of Technology, Prof. Krzysztof Zaremba, and the Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry, Prof. Władysław Wieczorek. It was a special visit, as the Ambassador is our graduate.

Didactic and scientific cooperation were the main topics discussed during the meeting between the Rector of the Warsaw University of Technology, Prof. Krzysztof Zaremba, and the Ambassador of India to Poland and Lithuania, Nagma M. Mallick.

On September 24, 2022, the Embassy of France in Warsaw (Ambassade de France en Pologne) is organizing an open day under the slogan 'France opens up for you - bleu, blanc, rouge'. From 11.00 to 18.00, visitors will be able to discover the backstage of the Embassy and Residence of France and its gardens, try French cuisine and take part in numerous concerts.

On September 15, 2022, in the Small Hall of the Warsaw University of Technology took place the nationwide final of the FALLING WALLS LAB WARSAW competition. The competition was organized by the 'pro science' company with the participation of the Center for International Cooperation. The Warsaw University of Technology hosted the finals, and one of the substantive partners was the ENHANCE consortium.

On 9 September, a ceremony was held in the Senate Hall of the Warsaw University of Technology to award diplomas of completion of the international Master of Science Programme in Euro Hydroinformatics and Water Management (EuroAquae+). Graduates received their diplomas from the Dean of the Faculty of Building Services, Hydro and Environmental Engineering, Paweł Popielski, and representatives of partner universities.
