Important information on visiting the Centre for International Cooperation

Dear Students,

according to the Regulation No. 33/2020 of the Rector of the Warsaw University of Technology of 26 May 2020 on establishing the rules and schedule of the partial resuming of activities at the Warsaw University of Technology, administrative services for students and doctoral students, where possible, should be carried out remotely by means of distance communication and customer visits should be limited to the minimum necessary.

While the regulation is in force, visits to the Centre for International Cooperation will be possible will be possible only in special, justified cases and only after making an appointment. To appoint a visit to the Centre for International Cooperation, please send an e-mail at students.cwm@pw.edu.pl containing the following information: name, surname, year of study, name of the Faculty and a brief summary of the case, or call at +48 22 234 5091 or +48 22 234 1460 and give the abovementioned information.

If you are not certain if your case can be solved by using the means of distant communication or does it also require your presence, please contact the relevant employee of the Centre for International Cooperation by e-mail or telephone first.

To ensure safety of our students and staff, unappointed visits will not be allowed.
