Invitation to ALUMNI MEETUP POLAND 2025, 25.09.2025 – Registration
On behalf of the Embassy of Spain in Poland and SEPIE (Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education), we invite you to the first alumni meeting of international exchanges between Poland and Spain – ALUMNI MEETUP POLAND 2025.
All those who have taken part in an academic exchange in Spain over the past year are welcome to join – including students as well as members of the academic, teaching, and administrative staff of Warsaw University of Technology. WUT is among the leaders of Polish universities when it comes to exchanges with Spanish institutions.
The event will take place on 25 September 2025 (Thursday), 6:00–9:00 p.m. at the Cervantes Institute in Warsaw (22 Nowogrodzka St.).
It will be a unique opportunity to meet again, share memories and experiences from your stay in Spain, and establish new connections. The program will include cultural activities, surprises, refreshments, and networking space.

Participation in the event will be confirmed by the Embassy.
Travel costs are not covered by the organizers.
