Participation of academic teachers from Ukraine in Good Practice Days at WUT

On June 26-28, 2023, the Good Practice Days workshop was held at the Institute of Thermal Technology at the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology. Thanks to NAWA funding, 9 academics from Ukraine (from Lviv Polytechnic University and Kyiv Polytechnic University) participated. The Center for International Cooperation submitted the application for funding within the framework of the "Solidarity with Ukraine" - European Universities program.

On Monday, the workshop participants met with Prof. Artur Rusowicz,  who presented the most important information about WUT and the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering. Afterwards, they took part in a laboratory class led by Andrzej Grzebielec, PhD.

Tuesday's classes began with a lecture by Prof. Maciej Jaworski, who presented various energy storage methods. After the class, everyone went on a tour of Warsaw.

The third day of the workshop was spent working in the Faculty of Mechanical, Energy and Aerospace Engineering laboratories, led again by Andrzej Grzebielec, PhD.

The workshop ended with a meeting with students and organizers from the Faculty and a conclusion.
