The Third Edition of The ENHANCE Mentoring Programme

The third edition of The ENHANCE Mentoring Programme, coordinated by the Warsaw University of Technology, is underway.

Eleven start-ups have qualified for the programme, including three associated with the Warsaw University of Technology: AlphaPowders, which operates at the intersection of the materials and chemical industries and creates polymer powder products for the printing industry; Scramjet, which offers an end-to-end data platform that simplifies data architecture, enabling users to run customised software across multiple locations; and Readiy, a team that develops software for electronic devices, and prototypes and deploys the product to market.

All start-ups have been assigned mentors who will conduct mentoring sessions with them until 16 January 2023.

The mentors for this year's programme include 2 employees of the Warsaw University of Technology – prof. Agnieszka Skala and Jarosław Chojecki, incubator specialist at the Centre for Innovation Management and Technology Transfer (CZIiTT), and 2 people associated with the Warsaw University of Technology - Marek Kapturkiewicz, co-founder, investor and partner at Innovation Nest, and Agnieszka Lewandowska, project manager working with large companies and public organisations interested in collaboration with startups.

Agnieszka Skala and Agnieszka Lewandowska will meet (online) with start-ups from the RWTH in Aachen, while Jarosław Chojecki and Marek Kapturkiewicz will share their knowledge and experience with start-ups based at NTNU in Trondheim.

The main benefit of participating in the ENHANCE mentoring programme is, among other things, the opportunity to meet foreign specialists in the field of new technologies and business, to receive guidance from them on product and service development, and to learn about other organisational cultures and foreign markets where start-ups could become active.
