Third Polish-Chinese Forum of Rectors

The forum, organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education in Poland, was opened by the Vice-Minister dr hab. Daria Lipińska-Nałęcz and Vice-Minister of Education of China Prof. Hao Ping.

After the official part, there were discussions about the following topics: review of academic cooperation, recognition of education, scholarship system and the possibility of cooperation in the framework of the Erasmus +.

Then, the participants were divided into thematic sessions. The representative of the WUT, Ms Patrycja Kluź, took part in the session devoted to technical sciences. Ms Kluź presented the Warsaw University of Technology and established contacts with technical universities interested in cooperation with WUT.

Another panel revolved around the cooperation between Polish universities and recruitment agencies from China. There were presentations of Chivast, Dongfang International Center for Educational Exchange, Sinomost and Beijing Golden Orient. In order to attract more Chinese students WUT has also established contacts with new recruiters.
