Currently, Warsaw University of Technology participates in 2 Tempus projects:
MIMI
Modernisation of Institutional Management of Internationalisation in South Neighboring Countries: Towards Internationalisation Management Model
An internationalization management model in partner institutions will be developed in order to provide appropriate knowledge and means to improve internationalization actions and activities that contribute to the sustainability of the international dimensions for partner institutions in south neighboring countries.
The MIMI project will first road map and measure the degree of internationalization in partner universities and hence identify areas for improvement, set guidelines to establish appropriate framework for internationalization, and to create the required infrastructure for the implementation of a clear internationalization strategy, including virtual tools, build the capacity of partner universities on internationalization procedures, and disseminate good practices and share practical experience in benchmarking analysis applied to university international relations.
The project is conducted by an international consortium consisting of 9 EU partners and 10 partners from Jordan, Morocco and Lebanon (including 6 universities).

IRIS
IRIS - Fostering Academic International Relations in Israeli colleges to promote education, research and innovation.
IRIS is a three year Project (2012-2015) uniting nineteen Israeli and European partners. Israeli partners include peripherally and centrally situated academic institutions, engineering and social sciences colleges, educational training colleges and Arab colleges.
The participating Israeli academic colleges are:

The IRIS project goals are: to foster academic International Relations in Israeli Colleges, to promote education, research and innovation; and to improve the academic quality as well as the status and competitiveness of public colleges vis-à-vis universities and private colleges through the development of internationalism capabilities and culture at the colleges.
From the side of Warsaw University of Technology, the project is executed by Centre for International Cooperation which is responsible for a task called „Pilot IRO activities”
The project will be implemented between November 2012 and October 2015.
