On 14^th July 2015 a delegation of Samuel Ginn College of Engineering of Auburn University (USA) paid a visit to Warsaw University of Technology. Participants of the delegation were: Dean of Engineering Prof. Christopher Roberts and representatives of 5 departments interested in cooperation with WUT.

An article on the first Indian student of the Warsaw University of Technology, Pankaj Chauhan, has been recently published on the blog of our University.

In 2015 we are commemorating 110^th  birth anniversary of one of the most prominent graduates of Warsaw University of Technology, professor Mieczysław G. Bekker – a leading engineer and scientist strongly involved in the field of Terramechanics and a co-author of LRV (Lunar Roving Vehicle) designed for Apollo space programme enabling U.S. astronauts to shuttle across the moon in the 1970s.

One of our partner university in China invites WUT PhD students to take part in the 3rd International Conference of Postgraduates between 18 and 20 of November 2015 in Nanjing, China.

On the occassion of Indonesia's 70th Independence Day and 60 years of diplomatic relation between Indonesia and Poland, the Embassy of Indonesia invites you to the Fun Bike event.

On 12th and 13th of May in Madrid (Spain), the General Meeting of ATHENS Programme Members took place. Among the participants were coordinators from most of the institutions belonging to the ATHENS Network. Warsaw University of Technology was represented by Ms. Dominika Frąk-Dudzińska, ATHENS Programme Coordinator.

Between 15 and 18 of April 2015, Ms. Zenoviya Shits from the Centre for International Cooperation, WUT was representing the University at the international educational fairs "Education Abroad" in Kyiv. The annual fairs held in Kyiv are the biggest event of the year, promoting Ukrainian and foreign universities.

Between 9 and 11 April 2015, Ms. Zenoviya Shits from the Centre for International Cooperation was representing the Warsaw University of Technology at the international educational fairs "Education and Career 2015" in Almaty. The event was held under the patronage of the Ministry of Education of Kazakhstan for the 16thtime in the prestigious exhibition centre ‘Atakent-Expo’ in the centre of Almaty.

Between 7th and 23rd June WUT is hosting 2 delegates and 12 students from Prince Sultan University PSU (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). It is a next chapter in mutual cooperation between our Universities. The purpose of this summer trip is to present to local PSU authorities & students the idea of studying and living in Poland.

On 10th June 2015, the Vice-Minister of Education of China Ms. Lu Xin with delegation has paid the visit to Warsaw University of Technology.

On June 11, 2015, the representatives of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China, paid the visit to Warsaw University of Technology.

On 12th May 2015 Prof. Tony F Chan, the President Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, together with other representatives of the University have paid a visit at the Warsaw University of Technology.

According to the most recent Perspektywy University Ranking 2015, Warsaw University of Technology has been ranked number one among all Polish universities of technology.

Between 20 and 22 April 2015, a representative of Centre for International Cooperation, Mr Karol Maśluszczak, participated in GHEDEX educational fairs organized in Muscat, capital of Oman.

On 15-18 of April, 2015, representative of Centre for International Cooperation of Warsaw University of Technology, Mr Karol Maśluszczak, participated in International Exhibition & Conference on Higher Education in the capital city of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.

On 11th May 2015 representatives of UK Association for University Administrators (AUA) paid a visit to Warsaw University of Technology. AUA is a British organization (with more than 50 years of history) promoting excellence in higher education management. Currently, it has more than 4,500 members both in the UK and around the world.

On 28-29 of March, 2015, two representatives of Centre for International Cooperation of Warsaw University of Technology, Ms. Zenoviya Shits and Ms. Małgorzata Musińska participated in 18th International Education Exhibition in the capital city of Mongolia, Ulan Bator.

On 16^th March an official opening of ATHENS Programme March 2015 Session took place at Warsaw University of Technology.

On 13th March 2015 the President of North China University of Technology with accompanying delegation visited Warsaw University of Technology.

On 11^th and 12^th February 2015, Warsaw University of Tecghnology hosted a kick-off meeting of a new project called PANTHER (Pacific Atlantic Network for Technical Higher Education and Research). The purpose of the meeting was to make the necessary arrangements for the commence of the project.

EMARO+, European Master on Advanced RObotics Plus, is a master program in Advanced Robotics for graduate students holding B.Sc., B.Eng. or equivalent degrees in the fields related to robotics (e.g., electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, computer science and engineering). It is conducted by a consortium consisting of 4 European HEi’s: Ecole Centrale de Nantes (France), University of Genova (Italy), Jaume I University (Spain) and Warsaw University of Technology – Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering.
